1. Program Description: Azalea Developments LLC (DBA Pinkflame)offers SMS services to provide appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and follow-up information to clients who have opted-in via our website survey.

2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You can expect to receive 2–4 messages per week during the initial follow-up phase.

3. Pricing: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Stop/Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

5. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

6. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
